Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Sixth Sense Pay account in two ways.
Option 1 — From the app (self-service)
- Go to Settings → Delete account, and confirm with your device's biometric authentication or PIN.
- If any of your balances are above the minimum withdrawable amount for that asset, you'll need to withdraw them first — the app will tell you which ones.
- If a balance is at or below that minimum (too small to be worth the network fee to move), you can choose to forfeit it and continue.
- Once submitted, you have 24 hours to cancel the request from within the app. After that window, deletion begins automatically and can no longer be cancelled.
- We'll email you at each stage of the process: when the request is received, when processing begins, and when it's completed. Deletion is typically completed within up to 3 business days after processing begins, though this is an estimate, not a guaranteed date.
Option 2 — By email (if you no longer have access to the app)
Contact soporte@sixthsensepay.com with your full name, the email registered on your account, and a photo of a government-issued ID. Our compliance team verifies your identity manually; the ID photo is used only for that purpose, is never shared with or stored in our wallet systems, and is deleted once verification is complete. Once verified, we submit the same deletion request on your behalf, subject to the same balance conditions, timeline and email notifications described above.
What gets deleted
Your account record, your wallet's signing credentials, and your session data are permanently removed from our operating systems. This is irreversible once processing begins.
What we keep, and why
For legal and anti-money-laundering (AML) record-keeping obligations, we retain a compliance record containing your name, email, phone number, date of birth, transaction and transfer history (including destination addresses), and wallet identifiers, for a minimum of five (5) years. This record is no longer accessible from the app or by you — only our compliance team can access it, and only for regulatory purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
